Return Policy


At we, we work hard to keep our customers happy by providing the very best products from top-rated brands. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days, get permission to return, and return within 15 days. We will gladly accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and with their original tags and/or packaging. In order to receive a full refund we item(s), we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear. After we receive the returned product, we complete and pass the quality check for you to make a refund. If you return your items after the 15-day window of time, store credit will be issued in place of a refund.

And we didn't supply Free Returns, if you arrange to return the item(s) you purchased, you have to pay the shipping fee.


Damaged Items

Items that are missing tags or appear to be worn will not be accepted for return. This includes items returned with an odor, stains, holes, rips or any other indication that item has been used, worn and/or washed. Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise, Health Code Regulations prohibit us from accepting the return of any packaged underwear, shapewear, and hosiery that have been opened.


For most of our products, we accept exchange if the items with quality problem or size problem. But Lingerie are very personal items, we don't offer No Reason To Return service, if it's for the quality issues, we will offer you a refund or shipping you a brand new product (under the negotiation with our customers) while we confirmed the quality issue.

Non-quality problems and size problems are not responsible for the return fee


Important Notice:

Please contact our service team first before you decide to return any items which you received, we will supply you our updated Returning Address and Phone Numbers, any uninformed returning will not be accepted, thank you very much we understanding.


Please note

If the order is returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer/incomplete address/customer fails to pick up the order within the stipulated time, etc., the customer is required to pay the shipping fee again to provide the service of resending the order.

If the order is destroyed due to overdue processing, the consequences will be borne by the customer and the store will not be compensated.
